Come along to our photo sessions to dust off your camera and get snap-happy with a professional photography instructor.

Brush up on your camera skills and learn new photography techniques whilst on a photo walk class with other local keen photographers!

We run two hour photography sessions based on a photography theme/technique/style and they take place in various locations in Spokane .

  • New to photography? We also run a popular 3 hour Beginners Guide to Photography Class once a month. And once in a while we will run special niche 3 hour classes, for example, Astrophotography - so do subscribe to our newsletter to know when the next on is!

  • Who can attend? Open to all skill levels, from beginners to keen amateurs. The photography instructor is there to help you with camera settings and provide any advice you need.

  • What to bring? We recommend bringing a camera that has full manual mode or semi-manual modes (Aperture or Shutter Priority). Compact cameras and smartphones also welcome!

The meeting point and full details for the day are sent in the booking confirmation email to the email address you provide at time of booking.

Join the Spokane Photography Group on Facebook to share your photos after the session.

Oh my goodness. What a wonderful experience! My sisters and I have talked about doing this forever and finally said let?s do it. Tomas was so helpful, explained things to you so they made sense and you understood them. Took time to answer and show you how to use your camera. As well as made sure you could do it on your own! Was very kind and helpful! Will definitely book some additional classes.

Andrew was so wonderful and patient lol. He had three of us older gals who barely had knowledge of our cameras. He being a Canon user we expected he couldn?t help us with settings on our Nikons- but he knew them! He was a wealth of information and the group being small, we really got a great start on using our cameras. We signed up for the Dec class when he said he should be teaching it!

Our instructor was one of the most knowledgeable instructors I have ever had . He was fun, made things easy to understand, and kept our interest even on a cold rainy day in Spokane. I will definitely be taking more classes from your company! Thank you!

I was heading back to Spokane from Walla Walla and just before leaving town a thunderstorm brushed over the eastern edge of town. As I headed down the road, I went through the storm going through Dayton, WA and as I approached Dodge Junction on Hwy. 12 it was nearing sunset time. The skies were absolutely on fire with the sun bathing the clouds in oranges and reds, a rainbow glowed through the typical colors of sunset. I had watched the construction of a wind farm on the first ridge as you cl

I was working downtown last year and the fog had rolled in and made me wonder how that would affect the fireworks. I try to shoot from a different location each year and was actually planning on shooting from one of the hills on the northside, the fog ruled that out, so I decided to check out other sites. Driving down Washington the fog shrouded the pavilion as I turned on to north shore dr. and as I walked onto the Division bridge, lo and behold, no fog. This shot is what I call a compilatio

As the sun starts to set, the Bush Babies of Crocodile Bridge rest camp awaken. I sat patiently by the pole in the fence, waiting for them to emerge. These nocturnal beauties cautiously pop their heads up, then back down, before jumping off into the setting sky, eager for their night ahead.

As a Bulgarian myself I was visiting my country during the summer of 2024. Astrophotography is my favourite type of photography, so I joined one of the masterclasses organised by one of the world leading astrophotographers - Mihail Minkov. And this picture is the result.
